Book to Table: Local Foods Class

Learn how to eat healthy while supporting local farmers! April Vigardt from the NC Catawba County Cooperative Extension will teach a demonstration class about cooking locally grown produce and how to access fresh, local foods. Each attendee will leave with a bag of produce to repeat the recipes at home. Registration is required and will open three weeks before the event.
