    Join us for 5 mile Fridays July 11th and 25th from 12:15-12:45 pm. Kickoff your weekend strong with a 30-minute Spin class. This class is pure cardio! All fitness levels are welcome, bring your energy and sprint to the weekend!   $2 Residents, $4 Non-Residents (To be paid at the time of class)
