Summer Basketball League for Youth
A high-energy cardiovascular workout! Participants have total control of resistance and intensity levels of their workout. New participants should arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on the bike. Towel and water bottle are suggested! $2 Residents, $4 Non-Residents (To be paid at the time of class)
Free Play Full Court Basketball. There is no charge to play but all participants will need to sign a waiver to get a Gym ID card.
Families with pre-school aged children are invited for stories and songs. A take-home craft will be provided for each child who attends.
