The City of Hickory will close its offices on Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28, in observance of Thanksgiving Holiday. City of Hickory offices will reopen on Monday, December 1, at 8:30 a.m.

A high-energy cardiovascular workout! Participants have total control of resistance and intensity levels of their workout. New participants should arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on the bike. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition; it is now practiced as a graceful form of exercise that can help to increase flexibility and balance. Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing.
