Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition; it is now practiced as a graceful form of exercise that can help to increase flexibility and balance. Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing. Free Play Pickleball for all ages! 2 to 4 nets will be set up depending on the time slot!
A yoga practice of mindfulness, meditation, and movement with modifications is offered for each participant to lessen or increase levels of strength, stretching, and balance. Please contact instructor Cynthia Haas at 828-295-2319 for more information! $5.00 per class
Free Play Basketball for ages 16 and up! Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
A high-energy cardiovascular workout! Participants have total control of resistance and intensity levels of their workout. New participants should arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on the bike. Towel and water bottle are suggested! $2 Residents, $4 Non-Residents (To be paid at the time of class)
Free Play Basketball for all ages. All participants will need to sign a waiver before playing and anyone under the age of 18 will need a parent/guardian signature.
