    Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition; it is now practiced as a graceful form of exercise that can help to increase flexibility and balance. Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing. New participants should arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on the bike.     Free Play Indoor Table Tennis, open to anyone ages 16 and up, will be offered on Mondays from 5:00 pm-8:30 pm. This will be a drop-in, pick-up-style program located at Highland Recreation Center.
