    Free Play Indoor Table Teniss open to anyone ages 16 and up will be offered on Thursdays from 5:00 pm-8:30 pm. This will be a drop-in-pick-up style program, located at Highland Recreation Center.     A high-energy cardiovascular workout! Participants have total control of resistance and intensity levels of their workout. New participants should arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on the bike.     Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition; it is now practiced as a graceful form of exercise that can help to increase flexibility and balance. Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing.
