    Open Play Volleyball for all ages. All participants will need to sign a waiver before playing and anyone under the age of 18 will need a parent/guardian signature. Volleyball will take place on 2 courts and will utilize 2 nets for open play.

    A high-energy cardiovascular workout! Participants have total control of resistance and intensity levels of their workout. New participants should arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on the bike. Towel and water bottle are suggested! $2 Residents, $4 Non-Residents (To be paid at the time of class)
