Snowball Classic Co-ed Volleyball Tournament

Come join us for a co-ed volleyball tournament on Saturday, February 19th starting at 10AM. The tournament will run as a round robin format to determine seeding and then play off of a single elimination playoff bracket with 15-point rally rules to best of 3 matches. Each team is required to compete with at least 1 member of the opposite sex. All teams must pre-register by Wednesday, February 16th. We will have food, drinks, awards and more!

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition; it is now practiced as a graceful form of exercise that can help to increase flexibility and balance. Tai Chi involves a series of

You’ll feel the burn! Resistance and cardio combined for a well-rounded fat-burning workout! Great for both women and men at any fitness level.

$1 Residents, $2 Non-Residents (To be paid at the time of class)

A high-energy cardiovascular workout! Participants have total control of resistance and intensity levels of their workout. New participants should arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on the bike. Towel and water bottle are suggested!
