Free Qi Gong exercise classes will be held at Neill Clark Recreation Center on Tuesdays starting July 20th from 6:30-7:30 pm. Qi Gong is a wonderful practice for any age and fitness level. Try it at least once and you will be amazed at how energized and relaxed you will feel. Bring a friend or family member! We hope to see you there!

Let’s focus on the core – the powerhouse of the body!  Pilates improves flexibility & builds strength while improving coordination & balance. Emphasis on the abs, back, glutes, and thighs.  An all-around great workout!

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition; it is now practiced as a graceful form of exercise that can help to increase flexibility and balance. Tai Chi involves a series of

A high-energy cardiovascular workout! Participants have total control of resistance and intensity levels of their workout. New participants should arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on the bike. Towel and water bottle are suggested!
