Mommy & Me Yoga

Mommy & Me Yoga

Looking for a great way to engage your family in fitness and fun? Join us Saturday, June 25th for Mommy & Me yoga. This class is a  combination of yoga and play to get back in shape while strengthening the bond between you and your child. The class will be taught by Yoga instructor Kristin Mikeal.
