This challenging event pushes the limits of endurance, pace, and strategy as you race around the clock.<\/p>\n<p>The course features a 4-mile loop that combines:<\/p>\n<p>Double-track farm trails (once believed to be old moonshine roads)<br \/>\nSingle-track hiking paths<br \/>\nThe newly created Aviation Walk<br \/>\nWinkler Park nature trails<br \/>\nA unique finish at the Hickory Crawdads stadium<\/p>\n<p>Expect over 15,500 feet of elevation gain across a route that\u2019s approximately 70% trail and 30% paved. The terrain includes short, steep climbs and two longer ascents of about 0.65 miles each. The course will be well-marked with cones, arrow signs, and reflective tape for night running.
