In celebration of Hickory Museum of Art’s upcoming “Charles White: A Little Higher” exhibit, Hickory Public Library is sponsoring the Charles White Reading Challenge. Inspired by White’s personal library, adults are encouraged to read five books throughout the exhibit, March 18 – July 30, 2023. Participants log the books they read using the Beanstack app and those who complete the challenge win a small prize.
