Classic Film Fridays with Joe Barrett at Patrick Beaver Memorial Library

On Friday, October 14 at 1pm Joe Barrett, film critic and movie reviewer for WHKY, hosts Classic Film Fridays. On the second Friday of every month, Barrett will screen a classic movie and then lead a discussion about the film. For October, we will be watching Ride the High County, a 1962 film directed by Sam Peckinpah, and starring Randolph Scott and Joel McCrea.The film is about an ex-union soldier that is hired to transport gold from a mining community through dangerous territory. No registration is required.
