Hickory launches live webcam of downtown

Want to keep an eye on the happenings in downtown Hickory? The City of Hickory has installed a new live streaming webcam from EarthCam in the downtown area.

The new Hickory Foothills Cam showcases various aerial views of the downtown area and is now live streaming on the City’s website at https://www.hickorync.gov/hickory-foothills-cam.

The Hickory Foothills Cam will enable people to virtually enjoy the natural beauty of Hickory in all seasons throughout the year.

The webcam is launching just in time for the City’s annual Christmas Parade & Tree Lighting in downtown. Check the Hickory Foothills Cam this Friday for live views of the event to kick off the holidays in Hickory.
