Section of 10th Street NE to close for public utilities repair work

Weather permitting, City of Hickory crews will close 10th Street NE from Ninth Avenue NE to 10th Avenue NE on Monday, Aug. 12, at 8 a.m. for public utilities repair. This road is expected to be closed for two weeks. Detour routes will be established and clearly marked. Please use extreme caution when traveling through or near this area to help protect work crews so they can do their job safely and get home to their families each day.
