A high-energy cardiovascular workout! Participants have total control of resistance and intensity levels of their workout. New participants should arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on the bike. Free Play Adult Softball will be offered on Thursday nights from 6:00 pm-8:30 pm at Civitan Park Field. Anyone ages 18 and up are welcome to join for pick up softball games.
