Calling all pickleballers! Hickory Parks, Recreation & Sports Tourism Department is happy to announce that we will be hosting a free pickleball clinic at Neill Clark Recreation Center on Monday, September 27th from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. Randy Watkins, a Pickleball Instructor will be leading this clinic. Registration begins Wednesday, September 1st.

”              There is an 8 person max for this clinic (Beginner Skill Level Clinic) (Ages 15 and up!)

A yoga practice of mindfulness, meditation, and movement with modifications offered for each participant to lessen or increase levels of strength, stretching, and balance. Please contact instructor Cynthia Haas at 828-295-2319 for more information!

Let’s focus on the core – the powerhouse of the body!  Pilates improves flexibility & builds strength while improving coordination & balance. Emphasis on the abs, back, glutes, and thighs.  An all-around great workout!
