Fitness Belly Dancing (Sat)

Belly dancing is a full-body workout. You’ll be working your entire core, which includes your abs and hips. Your arms, shoulders, and chest will be engaged. As you learn more advanced moves, you’ll work on balance as well. Your upper body will be utilized in the arms movements that come with belly dancing, as well as slow, deliberate movements that keep the arms engaged for a longer period of time than a single rep. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness. Cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility, boosted energy, and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
