This boot camp program combines structured running intervals with varied calisthenics to deliver full-body conditioning in a fresh and repeatable weekly format. Each session includes a warm-up, a creatively programmed main workout, and a cooldown. The structure allows for scalable intensity based on participant fitness levels and is designed to avoid repetition while encouraging consistency, accountability, and progress. A rotating mix of circuit-style training, partner drills, pyramids, EMOMs, and themed challenges ensures variety and long-term engagement.
Open gym, Pickleball and Exercise Class schedules are subject to change.
