17th Street NW closure for sewer repair

On Friday, March 6, and Monday, March 9, a private contractor will close 17th Street NW to through traffic from Second Avenue NW to Seventh Avenue NW for sewer repair. The road will be closed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day, but will be open over the weekend. A detour route will be provided. Please slow down and exercise caution when traveling through this area so crews can return home safely each night.
