Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and capable of communicating in more than 70 languages, Chip offers an inclusive and seamless experience for Hickory residents and visitors.
Powered by advanced generative AI technology, Chip is designed to answer routine questions and assist users with ease. Community members can begin a conversation with Chip by selecting the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the City’s website or by calling or texting “Hello” to 844‑461‑CHIP.
