Councilwoman Charlotte Williams has lived in Hickory for more than 25 years. She believes Hickory is an amazing place to live, work, and raise her 4 sons. “As we enter our next phase of growth, development, and redevelopment, I want to continue to use my experience and background to help maintain and improve the quality of life for all of us that call Hickory home.”
