Hickory Police investigate homicide case

Hickory Police are investigating a homicide that occurred on January 21 at Barklay Falls Apartments.

Officers responded to the area around 12:17 a.m. where one man suffered a gunshot wound. Howard Lesley Redmon, 49, of Granite Falls was pronounced dead on scene. No other injuries were reported.

The investigation is ongoing.
