Crosswalk installations along the City Walk

City contractors will install stamped crosswalks along the entire length of the City Walk on Wednesday, February 2.

Work will begin at 7 a.m. at Fourth Street NW and travel east along the trail to Fifth Avenue NE. A series of closures will occur throughout the day. Each intersection, including those at the new roundabout, will be closed for approximately one hour. Contractors expect to have the crosswalk installations completed by 5 p.m.

Drivers and pedestrians are asked to follow all posted signage and the instructions of flaggers to help navigate the construction areas.
