Hickory Ballet and Performing Arts presents Giselle 

Join us to learn about the classic elements from the romantic ballet, Giselle, at the Patrick Beaver Memorial Library, on Saturday, May 6, at 2 p.m. In the tradition of Swan Lake, Giselle is based on a retelling of the Slavic legend concerning the Wilis, who are ghostly spirits of girls who have died before their wedding day. Come explore the drama of ballet, play with pretty props, twirl with Myrtha, Queen of the Wilis, and learn this spooky tale! No registration is required for this event, but space is limited to the first 75 in attendance.
