Random Fandom: Pokémon

Get ready to embrace geek culture at the library in Random Fandom, a series of programs celebrating the awesomeness of Pokémon, Star Wars, Studio Ghibli, and more! Each month, we will highlight a new fandom for you to create around, explore, and geek out about. Gather your friends and family and embark on this epic quest every third Monday of the month from 5-6:30 p.m. in The Learning Lab at Patrick Beaver Memorial Library.

Calling all trainers! Come explore our first feature, Pokémon, on February 20, from 5-6:30 p.m. Create your own Pokémon terrarium world, learn the trading card game, design a playing card mat, and more! To learn the card game, bring your own cards or use our pre-made decks to get you started. Feel free to dress in character too! First come, first serve, while supplies last. This program is appropriate for all ages.
