Summer Learning Program

Hickory Public Library will offer summer learning programs for all ages June 1 through August 15, 2021.  The 2021 theme “Tails & Tales” encourages us all to experience the joy of learning and reading with stories about animal friends, both real and imagined.  Reading relieves stress, strengthens the brain, and builds empathy.  Learn new things or expand your knowledge of current interests this summer for free with library materials and library programs.

Call (828) 304-0500 for more information. Check the online calendar for a current schedule of virtual and in-person events.

Track your reading and learning activities to earn prizes on our BEANSTACK site or app. Printable checklists are linked below for those who prefer paper versions.
