Summer Learning Program

Hickory Public Library will offer virtual summer learning programs from June 1 through August 15, 2020.  The 2020 theme “Imagine Your Story” encourages us all to experience the joy of learning and reading with fairy tales, folk tales, myths, and legends.  Reading relieves stress, strengthens the brain, and builds empathy.  Learn new things or expand your knowledge of current interests this summer for free with library materials and library programs.

All summer readers can win prizes. Log your reading online through the free Beanstack reading tracker app or website at hickorync.beanstack.org. Printable forms are also available. Call (828) 304-0500 for more information.
