Third arrest made in homicide case

Jalen Tremain Crowell was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service after he was located in Charlotte, N.C. on Monday, August 28, 2023. He has been charged with (1) count of Murder and (1) count of Attempted First Degree Murder in connection to the homicide of Khalil Rhynhart and attempted murder of Eric Rhynhart. He is currently in custody at the Catawba County Jail under No Bond.
